The ESGO Exam will be performed on candidates' own computers on site. Check your computer here. Questions about computer compatibility should be sent to support@ortrac.com.

Form - Interested in ESGO Exam 2027

Exam fees:

  • ESGO Members Trainees1):                                                                260 EUR
  • ESGO Members from Low- and Lower-middle-income countries2): 315 EUR
  • ESGO Members from High- and Upper-middle-income countries2): 440 EUR
  • ESGO Non-Members:                                                                           700 EUR

1) Rate valid for all ESGO Members in training at any Training Center.
A confirmation letter from the Training Center shall be submitted upon registration.

2) Based on country tiers as per the classification of World bank

The ESGO Exam registration fee covers participation in the exam only. It does not include a ticket for the ESGO 2027 Congress.

Documents required:

The following documents will be required during the application process:

  • Certificate of medical degree (in pdf)
  • Short CV (in pdf)
  • Scan of passport or ID-card
  • To obtain fee for Trainees: Confirmation letter from a Training Center (in pdf)

All applications will be reviewed by ESGO Exam Committee within 7 working days after the submission.

Cancelation and refund policy for Exam 2027:

Any cancellation must be submitted to the examination secretariat (exam@esgo.org) in writing.
  1. Before December 31st of 2026
    • 50% voucher for the next Exam 2027
  2. Starting January 1st of 2027
    • non-refundable
The fee is not completely refundable.
No shows will not be refunded.
