ESGO Annual Membership Fees

 

In our commitment to remaining inclusive, the cost of your annual membership fee will vary depending on your country of work and its World Bank classification, as well as the level of membership you select.

UPDATE: Details on signing up for membership for 2026 will be available from November 10, 2025. Note it is not possible to become a member or pay your dues between November 1 - 10, 2025.

ESGO membership is valid for a calendar year, from January 1 to December 31. If you sign up for 2026 membership in November 2025, you will receive a bonus of almost two months additional membership (Nov – Dec 2025).

Important note: for some countries, the income level has changed compared to 2025.

1) Only physicians who have completed a training programme in gynaecological oncology or related specialities, are legally licensed to practice medicine, are actively practising in the field of gynaecological oncology or related specialities, and have a professional interest in the study, prevention, or treatment of gynaecological cancer.

2) Please prepare a scan of your ID document/passport/driving licence where your name and birthdate are written in Latin letters and upload it during the application submission process to check your age.

3) If you are over 35, still in training and are interested in this membership category, please support your status with a declaration (you can download it here or use any other confirmation from the hospital). This special membership rate can be applied three times at the most, i.e. in three years (consecutive or not).

4) The Retired Members category of ESGO is offered to active members who have reached the age of 65 or retired and have been members of the Society for at least five years since 2009. Retired members are welcome to enjoy all ESGO membership benefits (except the Journal, if it is not paid for) and are not required to pay dues.

5) If you are a scientist, patient advocate, representative of a pharma and medical device company, health care administrator, nurse, or other non-MD, and you are interested in this membership category, please provide a brief description of your position in the company you work for.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Only Full Members with an activated annual membership hold voting rights and can be elected as ESGO Officers.
  • Applications are reviewed and approved by the ESGO Council at their regular meetings. However, applicants can enjoy their membership benefits immediately after payment of membership dues.
