Implementation of EDI principles

Mission:


To ensure that Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) principles are embedded across all ESGO activities, projects, and events — providing equal opportunities for all ESGO members to engage, contribute, and benefit from the Society’s initiatives.

Ongoing Projects and Achievements:


Improvement of ESGO’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) – ensuring they reflect and support ESGO’s commitment to EDI.
Manuscript in progress – a comprehensive review of ESGO’s gender and geographic representation from 2015–2024, aiming to assess progress and define future steps. This manuscript is expected to be published in late 2025.
