The Asian Society of Gynecologic Oncology (ASGO) and the European Society of Gynaecological Oncology (ESGO) are pleased to invite you to the fourth ASGO–ESGO Joint Webinar.
Weekly paclitaxel has played an important role in the treatment of ovarian cancer for many years, both in the frontline and recurrent disease settings. However, emerging clinical data and evolving treatment strategies continue to reshape its place in contemporary practice.
This webinar will bring together leading experts from Asia and Europe to critically review the current evidence on weekly paclitaxel, discuss its role across different treatment settings, and explore how recent clinical trial results may influence future decision-making. The Asian Society of Young Gynecologic Oncologists (ASYGO) and the European Network of Young Gynae Oncologists (ENYGO) successfully held their first joint webinar dedicated to Training and Surgical Education in Gynecologic Oncology.
ASYGO, established as an independent organization under the Asian Society of Gynecologic Oncology (ASGO) in July 2025, aims to advance education, collaboration, and professional development among young gynecologic oncologists across Asia. ENYGO, the network of young gynecologic oncologists within the European Society of Gynecologic Oncology (ESGO), actively promotes education, mentorship, and international collaboration throughout Europe.
During the webinar, ASYGO presented the results of a pan-Asian survey on gynecologic oncology training, capturing perspectives from both trainees and mentors. ENYGO shared European experiences, highlighting innovative approaches and ongoing initiatives in surgical education.
This joint initiative provided a valuable platform for exchanging ideas, discussing shared challenges, and strengthening collaboration between Asia and Europe in shaping the future of gynecologic oncology training.
