New Membership Platform

myESGO

 

We have just transitioned to a new membership platform for myESGO, housed on a software called KLUBS.

As of November 2025, this is the only platform to be used for ESGO members.


What’s new in myESGO?

  • Member directory allowing you to connect directly with other ESGO members for advice and networking
  • Media library with easy access to ESGO-related documents (Articles of Association, minutes from the General Assembly, Conflicts of Interest forms)
  • Ability to see all ESGO activities (events, courses, webinars) and directly access eAcademy and the International Journal of Gynecological Cancer

Important information for 2025 Members

 

You will receive an email from ESGO Membership in the week of November 10, 2025 outlining the steps required to activate your KLUBS account by setting your password and renewing your membership for 2026.

Should you not receive such an email by November 14, 2025, please check your spam folder and then contact membership@esgo.org.

If you are an active member of ESGO, here you can find a list of FAQs, please check them before you send an email to membership@esgo.org.

It is no longer possible to register or renew via the old platform (m-anage).

How to become a member

Joining ESGO is easy. Complete the registration form and your application will be forwarded to myESGO, the membership platform.

Enter your personal details and select the appropriate membership fee based on your career stage and billing country. If you require an invoice, simply add the payer information.

After submitting the form, check your inbox for an email with your activation link. Set your password to access the membership platform. Once you confirm the privacy policy, you will be guided to complete your membership payment.

As soon as your payment is received, your membership becomes active and you can start enjoying all the benefits of ESGO.
