If you were a member for 2025, please follow the instructions received by email. Activate your profile by setting up a password. Please use the same email as you previously used in the old myESGO platform.

If you were a member in previous years and would like to renew your membership, please use the registration link.
If you are joining ESGO as a new member, please register using the same link.
After submitting the form, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account and set your password. Once activated, you will be able to access the membership platform, where you can proceed with the membership payment.
Yes. Please send your request to membership@esgo.org, and we will provide you with our bank details. Once the payment has been received, you will receive an invoice and your membership status will be updated.
Login to myESGO and activate your account as per the instructions (if not already done). Then go to My profile and enter a new email address under Personal details. Your password will remain the same as for the previous email address.

If you didn’t receive an email from us to activate your account and renew your membership, please email us at membership@esgo.org and we will provide you with the necessary information.
If your status has changed and you would like to change membership category, first check the conditions and required documents on the Membership Fees Then, ensure you have activated your myESGO account via KLUBS and log in to your account. Go to My profile > My memberships. Choose the new category of membership, provide documents (if requested).
Note that this step requires approval from the administrator. You will be notified within 7 business days whether your membership has been approved.
ESGO members who are 40 years old or younger (or in training, regardless of age) are automatically registered as ENYGO members once their membership is paid and active.
You can pay for your membership at any time. However, if you are a current 2025 member, we recommend you renew before 1 January 2026 to ensure you don’t lose access to any of your membership benefits in the new year.
ESGO membership is annual, from January 1 – December 31. The duration depends on the date you pay your renewal fee. For example, if you pay your fee in June, your membership will only be valid until the end of the calendar year.
The receipt confirming our online payment in the form of an invoice will follow within a few days from the accounting system.
We apologize for the delay, invoices are now being processed and will be sent on Wednesday, 17th December the latest.
You can try a different credit card or select a bank transfer as your method of payment. If you select bank transfer, you will receive an invoice with bank details via email. This process will day a few business days to process.
You will be able to download your membership certificate as of January 2026, as long as you have paid your membership fee and your membership payment status is ‘Paid’.
There are two ways for ESGO members to access the eAcademy:
Through the myESGO membership portal.If you are logged into myESGO, you can open eAcademy directly from the left-hand menu. When signed in to the portal, you will be automatically logged into eAcademy.
Directly via the eAcademy website.In this case, please use the same login credentials (email and password) as for myESGO.
Both access options will be available from December 15.
You can only access the IJGC with your ESGO subscription via myESGO. Once you have paid your renewal or signed up for ESGO membership, you can log into your account on myESGO and select IJGC from the menu on the left-hand side.
Please go to My profile under My preferences and choose ‘No’ for whether your profile and biography are visible to other ESGO members.
