We have just transitioned to a new membership platform for myESGO, housed on a software called KLUBS.
What’s new in myESGO?
You will receive an email from ESGO Membership in the week of November 10, 2025 outlining the steps required to activate your KLUBS account by setting your password and renewing your membership for 2026.
Should you not receive such an email by November 14, 2025, please check your spam folder and then contact membership@esgo.org.
If you are an active member of ESGO, below you can find a list of FAQs, please check them before you send an email to membership@esgo.org.
It is no longer possible to register or renew via the old platform (m-anage).
New ESGO member applications, including renewals of past members (active in 2024 or earlier) will be accepted as of December 2025.
If you were a member for 2025, please follow the instructions received by email. Activate your profile by setting up a password. Please use the same email as you previously used in the old myESGO platform.

If you were a member in previous years, the information how to renew your membership will be available in December.
This option will be available in December. Should you be interested in this payment option, please proceed with your renewal in the coming weeks.
Login to myESGO and activate your account as per the instructions (if not already done). Then go to My profile and enter a new email address under Personal details. Your password will remain the same as for the previous email address.

If you didn’t receive an email from us by 14th November, please email us at membership@esgo.org and we will provide you with the necessary information.
If your status has changed and you would like to change membership category, first check the conditions and required documents on the Membership Fees Then, ensure you have activated your myESGO account via KLUBS and log in to your account. Go to My profile > My memberships. Choose the new category of membership, provide documents (if requested).
Note that this step requires approval from the administrator. You will be notified within 7 business days whether your membership has been approved.
ESGO members who are 40 years old or younger (or in training, regardless of age) are automatically registered as ENYGO members once their membership is paid and active.
You can pay for your membership at any time. However, if you are a current 2025 member, we recommend you renew before 1 January 2026 to ensure you don’t lose access to any of your membership benefits in the new year.
ESGO membership is annual (from January 1 – December 31). The duration depends on the date you pay your renewal fee. For example, if you pay your fee in June, your membership will only be valid until the end of the calendar year.
The receipt confirming our online payment in the form of an invoice will follow within a few days from the accounting system.
Please go to My profile under My preferences and choose ‘No’ for whether your profile and biography are visible to other ESGO members.
