European Society of Gynaecological Oncology

 

You can become a member of the European Society of Gynaecological Oncology if you have a professional interest in Gynaecological Oncology (specialists, fellows, nurses).

  1. Individuals from European countries (incl. Israel) are invited to become Active members
  2. Individuals from Non-European countries can apply for Associate membership

Membership is entered per calendar year. New members who have joined the association in the course of the year will receive all the back issues of the International Journal of Gynecological Cancer starting from January 1st of the current year. At the end of each year, an automatic renewal notice for the following year will be sent.

ESGO members will enjoy the following benefits:

  • Free subscription to the International Journal of Gynecological Cancer (IJGC), the official journal of ESGO, published six times a year
  • On-line access to the Journal, including the research service
  • Reduced registration fees for ESGO meetings
    Next Meeting: Berlin, Germany, October 28 - November 1, 2007
  • The right to host ESGO Congresses and to participate in the call for bids
  • The right to nominate and to vote for the Council of ESGO as well as the right to be elected
  • Membership Certificate (upon request)
  • Free ESGO Newsletter published twice a year
  • The right to organize ESGO backed Meetings and to participate in ESGO projects
  • The right to benefit from the ESGO Fellowship and Grant program
  • Priority in accreditation for ESGO-EBCOG Certification of European Centre in Gynaecological Oncology

But mainly - connection of the key leaders and researchers in the field of gynaecologic oncology in Europe and worldwide and a member of a society challenging to become The Voice of the Gynaecological Oncology in Europe!

Annual membership for 2007:

Dues structure is based on the economy of the country of residence in accordance with the World Bank data table, professional status, and subscription to the International Journal of Gynecologic Cancer (IJGC) (online with or without a print copy of the journal).

€150 Individual clinicians or scientists from Europe and worldwide
(online and print copy to the IJGC)
€100 Members (citizens of Europe) from Upper-Middle or Lower-Middle Economies: (Group A)

(*) ESGO rules for Trainees:
This category is open to anybody with professional interest up/equal to 32 years without any further specification of fellowship. Proof of age and status (copy of ID and letter from head of department) are required.
