Kenes International is the official travel agent for the 15th International Meeting of the European Society of Gynaecological Oncology (ESGO) and will be offering special reduced rates for accommodation and tours.

Participants who book their hotel accommodation (3 nights minimum) via Kenes International at hotels marked with * will receive a complimentary public transportation travel pass for 5 days 28 October from 14:00 until 01 November, 2007 inclusive.

Rates quoted are per room, per night, including breakfast and taxes.
Rates are in Euro.
Rates are subject to change in the event of an increase in German VAT in 2007. (Currently 19%)
Official check-in time for the hotels is 15:00 hours and check out is required until 12:00 noon.

HOW TO BOOK

We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Kenes International will not be able to guarantee rooms after September 4, 2007.

Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details for the deposit are supplied; alternatively please forward a deposit of Euro 200 by bank transfer or cheque.

For block bookings (10 rooms or more) companies are requested to send their request by fax or e-mail to Kenes International. Different cancellation and payment policies will apply.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will only be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.

For hotel reservations made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the hotel confirmation from the sponsoring company directly.

PAYMENT

Registration fees can be paid by the following methods:

• By credit card: MasterCard / Visa / American Express * / Diners
  * American Express credit card charges will be in US Dollars, according to the rate of exchange on the day of the transaction.
  Your monthly credit card statement will indicate payment made to 'Kenes International'.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to Kenes International (either by fax or e-mail).

In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and full payment will be non-refundable.
If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.
