Registration Fees

Reduced registration fees may be available for participants from the countries denoted by the World Bank as eligible under IDA criterion. Please see categories A & B below:

* Nurse/Student/Trainee - Proof of status must be sent with registration to the meeting secretariat.
** The reservation fee for the Gala Dinner has been reduced to Euro 15.
Participants who already paid the fee of Euro 30 will shortly be refunded for the difference.

Payment
Payment of fees should be made in Euro and may be paid either by bank transfer or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, and American Express*).
Personal checks or postal orders will NOT be accepted.
* For American Express credit cards, charges will be made in US Dollars according to the rate of exchange on the day of the transaction.

• Admission to exhibition
• Meeting publications
• 3 Lunches
• Coffee breaks
• Welcome Reception
• Gala Dinner (Reservation fee of Euro 15 required)
  

Registration fees for Accompanying Persons' include:

• Welcome Reception
• Gala Dinner (Reservation fee of Euro 15 required)
• Two half-day Tours

Registration Cancellation Policy
Full refund less Euro 50 provided notification is received in writing before August 1, 2005
50% refund if notification is received in writing between August 2 - September 1, 2005
No refund if notification is received from September 2, 2005
