Kenes International is the official travel agent for the 14th International Meeting of the European Society of Gynaecological Oncology (ESGO) and will be offering special reduced rates for accommodation and tours.

Accommodation at special Meeting rates is available at the following hotels:

Rates quoted are per room, per night, including breakfast and all taxes. Rates are in Euro.

Official check-in time for the hotels is 14:00 hours and check out is required before 12:00 noon.

How to Book
In order to benefit from the special meeting rates, please use one of the following booking methods:

We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Kenes International will not be able to guarantee rooms after August 1, 2005.
Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details for the deposit are supplied; alternatively please forward the required deposit by bank transfer or cheque.

For block bookings (10 rooms or more) companies are requested to send their request by fax or e-mail to Kenes International. Different cancellation and payment policies will apply.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding payment.

Please note that 2 weeks prior to the meeting, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation. Participants who paid their deposit with a bank transfer or cheque are required to send the balance of outstanding accommodation charges to Kenes International by latest 14 days before the meeting.

Kenes International accepts Travellers' cheques, Euro cheques, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express* credit cards.
* For American Express credit cards, charges will be in US Dollars according to the rate of exchange on the day of the transaction.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

• Rooms cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival: full refund, less bank charges
• Rooms cancelled between 59-15 days prior to arrival:
  1 night cancellation charge
• Rooms cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival: no refund

Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to Kenes International (either by fax or e-mail)
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and full payment will be non-refundable.
If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.

Important Notes
Kenes International and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his /her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
