The Palais des Congrés/ Congressenpaleis - The Congress
Palace on the 'Mont des Arts', is situated in the heart of Brussels,
just five minutes from the Grand Place and the Central Station (with
its shuttle to the airport and metro station).
The Congress Palace maintains a cordial atmosphere on a human scale
where communication and exchange feel at home.
Language
The official language of the meeting is English. All abstract submissions
and presentations should be in English.
Insurance
The Meeting Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for
personal accidents or loss or damage to private property of participants
and accompanying persons, either during or indirectly arising from
the 13th International Meeting of the European Society of Gynaecological
Oncology (ESGO). Participants should make their own arrangements
with respect to health and travel insurance.
Letter of Invitation
The Meeting organizers will be pleased to send a formal letter of
invitation to any individual requesting one. It is understood that
such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise
funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from
the Meeting organizers to provide any financial support. Letters
of invitation may be requested from the Meeting secretariat.
