ESGO Subject Focus
Focus of meeting is the medical and surgical treatment and translational
research of Gynaecological Cancers including Breast cancer. In addition
it also includes prevention of gynaecological and breast cancer,
hormonal substitution therapy after breast and endometrial cancer
and palliative care including pain control.
Plenary Sessions
Four Plenary Sessions will be given from selected abstracts.
6 presenters in each Session
Presidential Lecture
Will be given by Prof. Uzi Beller, President - ESGO.
Presidential Guest Lecture
Will be given by Prof S. Segal, Ben Gurion University of the Negev,
Beer Sheva
Special Lectures
Two Special lectures will be given by invited world-renown experts.
Workshops
Nine Workshops are planned. Presenters will give their "state
of Art" presentations, followed by panel discussion and Q&A.
Tumor Boards sessions
Six Tumor Boards are planned. Four experts per session.
Meet the Expert sessions
Nine "Meet the Expert" Sessions are planned. Two-three
experts will overview selected topics
followed by panel discussion and Q&A.
Video Sessions
Two Video sessions are planned. Four Video presentations of 10 minutes
in each session. Participants are invited to send in their Video
presentations.
Satellite Symposia
Five Satellite Symposia are planned within the Meeting frame with
the aim to focus on major clinical relevance of the chosen topics.

Poster Sessions
In nine Poster Sessions the best posters will be selected for a
short oral communication following the peer review and selecting
of the abstracts.
