The overall objective for providing grants ties in with ESGO’s principal mission ─ to lead Europe in the clinical and scientific education of young medical professionals in gynaecological oncology. The long-term aim is to improve outcomes for women with gynaecological cancers and improved education and research is a significant means to that end.
Grants allow for increased dissemination of gynaecological oncological knowledge and skills, provide opportunities to share knowledge, stimulate cross European mobility and exchange, and enhance professional collaboration across borders.
