Leading Europe’s Education
One of ESGO’s primary missions as a principal authority concerned with Onco Gynaecology is to lead Europe in clinical and scientific education, to set European standards, and provide supervision for certified training.
Committed to its cause, ESGO has set up formal guidelines for subspecialty training programmes and has been running the ESGO-EBCOG Hospital Accreditation Programme to certify training centres across Europe. Trainees trained at ESGO Accredited centres become ESGO certified Gynaeco-Oncologists.
ESGO members can also improve their skills by accessing ESGO Webcasts ─ webcasted scientific sessions of ESGO congresses, online Video Library, educational DVDs, and the e-Series presentations by internationally renowned speakers, even e-Posters . Another key aspect of education is being a part of an informed community ─ ESGO keeps its members up-to-date on postgraduate education, jobs, news, and more!
