ENYGO aims to contribute to the training and education of the new generation of gynaecological oncologists and facilitate opportunities for networking and exchanges between them.
Basic medical training systems as well as the subspecialty training in gynaecological oncology in Europe differs from country to country. To view current training opportunities in gynaecological oncology in different European countries, click here.
In cooperation with EBCOG, ESGO has developed European training guidelines in gynaecological oncology and provides supervision for certified training. According to these European standards, ESGO runs accreditation visits while the recognised centres are authorised to provide certified training. Fellows trained in the accredited centres are eligible to receive an official certification diploma of European Gynaecological Oncologists. To view more information, click here.
ENYGO/ESGO furthermore provides its members with opportunities for educational grants, online teaching opportunities (webcast, e-series etc) and workshops. In the future, the ENYGO intends to develop tailor-made ENYGO podcasts for the benefit of network members.
