All ENYGO members are represented by a national representative from their country. All ENYGO members elect a President and Vice President. ENYGO members also elect 4 other national representatives to an executive group. The President and Vice president are elected by members from among the ENYGO executive group (EEG). EEG members can remain in the executive group for up to 4 years. The Executive group supports the President, Vice President and ENYGO activities. The ENYGO president is appointed to the ESGO council. Elections for the President, Vice President and vacant EEG positions shall occur every 2 years.
While setting up the network, the first national representative from each country was appointed. However, subsequent national representatives will be elected by national members of ENYGO.
